About these terms
By creating an account, downloading an app, purchasing a plan, or using FoFa VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Permitted use
You may use FoFa VPN only in compliance with applicable laws. You must not use it to attack systems, distribute malware or spam, infringe rights, facilitate fraud or abuse, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or resell access without our written permission.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, billing periods, cancellation and refund eligibility are shown at purchase and are also subject to the rules of the payment provider or app store used. Cancelling stops future renewal but normally does not end access already paid for.
Availability and changes
Server locations, features and performance may vary by device, network and region. We may maintain, change or discontinue parts of the service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or access to any particular third-party website or service.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion at /user_require_delete/.
Third-party services and intellectual property
App stores, identity providers, payment providers and websites reached through the VPN are governed by their own terms and policies. FoFa VPN software, branding and site content remain owned by us or our licensors; no ownership rights are transferred to you.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@fofavpn.com.
